2025 GMEA District Honor Band (District 9)
 

Thank you for participating in the GMEA District Honor Band event! Please complete this form to confirm your student’s participation and finalize trip details.

 

EVENT DETAILS:

  • Event: 2025 GMEA District Honor Band

  • Location: Fannin County High School Performing Arts Cent

  • Location Address: 360 Rebel Circle, Blue Ridge, GA 30513

  • Performance Date: Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM

 

TENTATIVE REHEARSAL SCHEDULE: 

The itinerary provided is based on the prior year’s (February 2024) event. The exact details for the 2025 event will be finalized by the GMEA event organizer and communicated once available.

  1. Thursday, February 6​​

    • Report Time: 6pm​

    • Rehearsal Time: 6:30pm to 9:30pm

  2. Friday, February 7

    • Rehearsal Time: 9am to 9pm

    • Lunch and Dinner breaks in between

  3. Saturday, February 8

    • Morning Rehearsal: 9am to 11:30am

    • Lunch break: 11:30am to 1:30pm

    • Final Performance: 2pm

TRIP DETAILS:

  • Cost: $400 (non-refundable)

  • Includes:

    • GMEA registration fee

    • 2 nights lodging at Hampton Inn by Hilton, Blue Ridge. ​

    • Transportation via charter bus (from Lambert HS plus travel local during the trip)

    • Meals:

      • Friday: lunch and dinner

      • Saturday: lunch

      • Breakfast will be provided by the hotel 

 

​Note: Thursday dinner will be on the way to Blue Ridge and it is not included. 

⚠️ Parents are required to pick up students at the venue after the final performance on Saturday. Charter bus service will NOT return to Lambert HS.
